Remembering Charles Krauthammer
In my life I have been influenced by those with whom I agree as well as those with whom I have disagreements. One of those individuals with whom I did not always agree, but always respected was journalist Charles Krauthammer.

    Dr Charles Krauthammer
Dr Charles Krauthammer
March 13, 1950 – June 21, 2018
Dr Charles Krauthammer was the victim of a diving board accident which left him paralyzed and in a wheel chair. His education was psychiatry but his life was one of journalism and commentary.

Early on I would simply listen and I noticed that when I disagreed with his assertions ... say intelligent design for example; even though he spoke against a topic for which I have strong feelings his points were always well taken, based on logic and he was a man of tact and poise though his words could be harsh he came across objectively.

He was largely responsible for my loss of a liberal orientation having turned me to the conservative side with his political punditry which appealed to my sense of logic and propriety. Over the years I actively sought him out in the news threads permeating my technological career. He was to be found on the conservatives populating Fox News Network and that affiliation of common interest has stuck with me to this day.

He won a Pulitzer Prize as a columnist at the Washington Post. His column ran weekly and was syndicated across more than 4000 publications internationally.

Dr Krauthammer was the recipient of accolades for his writing regarding foreign policy, the military, and international politcs.

He stopped writing and contributing to news broadcasts in August 2017 while fighting small bowel cancer to which he succumbed in June of the next year. With his passing we lost a giant of conservative intellect among men. Rest in peace.

World Day Against Cyber Censorship 2020
The travesty of World Day Against Cyber Censorship is it's focus. The thing wants to direct attention to governments like China who actively pursue censorship when it's the big tech social media who are the primary culprets:

you are being censored
Google
Youtube
Twitter
Facebook
Instagram
Pinterest
and others ...would just as soon target you and suppress your posts as look at you. It reached the point that my contempt for the Alphabet derivatives in particular which are supporting a leftist libtard spin on everything with their algorithms while the government chooses not only to not stop them ... but to use these outlets as though they were objective places for public discussion and valid political venues sickens me to the nth degree.

The municipal governments in particular are positively stupid in this regard, but they are primarily comprised of leftist libtard troglodytes and other democrats who are getting precisely the spin that they desire.

When the coming civil war over such mess finally arrives I'm going to be an active participant fighting against the deep state, shadow government, and democratic party.

So today is World Day Against Cyber Censorship and is said to be an online event held each year on March 12 to rally support for a single, unrestricted Internet with universal accessibility and to mistakenly draw attention to the ways that governments around the world are deterring and censoring free speech online when the actual problem lay in big tech social media.

When the government finally dismantles big tech as the monopoly and evil empire to which it has devolved it will be a great day for technology.

I hope they execute the perpetrators public and messy.

What a joke the United States has become at the hands of the ultra left. They all should be terminated with extreme prejudice.

Rememberances of Sharon Stone
Catherine Tramell from Basic Instinct portrayed by Sharon Stone
Yeah ... Sharon Stone will always be memorable for me personally due to a single role in her illustrious career:

She became an international sex symbol rising to the pinnacle of international recognition and my personal 'atta girl' after starring as Catherine Tramell in a film called Basic Instinct directed by Paul Verhoeven and written by Joe Eszterhas which debuted way back in 1992.

Sharon Vonne Stone was born March 10, 1958 and became an American actress and producer from beginnings as a fashion model.

Her credits are many and diverse and her acting skills are strong and her presence in the media has been absolutely stunning periodically over the years.

Nothing, eclipses that leggy chair interview with a cigarette in Basic Instinct. It has become imitated, referenced, and the stuff of film legend. I can't wait until I get to see it again. Some things never get old.

Oh, the controversy, sexuality, and graphic depictions of violence and rape. Definitely my kind of flick. Remember ... it's ART.

Today is her birthday ... Happy Birthday to You !

Facial Recognition Vendors Face Issues
facial recognition grid
I've been reading about facial recognition equipment and software in the threads these days and the portends are somewhat frightening.

So those vendors are now looking to avoid bans on facial recognition ... of course so ensure that profitability they all want so far above any right to privacy you might have.

As it would happen it seems that outside individuals are seeking regulatory control of facial recognition with talk of increasingly severe prohibitions as things progress.

The eternal skeptic, I applaud these forays into limitation because we all know that the obsolete and abused National Security Act implemented by the former President Truman has mainly placed a thug element into government whereby employees they think they can kill you just because they want to and you have no recourse because they'll just get the tax money from others ... who they'd just as soon kill as well.

So these new age liars who would impose their will further upon us seek to curtail future limitation and quite frankly, the dirtbags at Amazon and Microsoft can go straight to hell along with their facial recognition packages and just use them on that pitiful group of taxpayers who they employ.

I don't want big tech in my life at any level. I especially don't want somebody thinking they can track me based on my face. I use reflective and feedback items on my person to thwart some of it ... and am a student of passive resistance to the cameras the city has posted at every corner.

Something about those who decline the implementation reeks of false witness to me and those network and security company people are not worthy of our trust either.

Supporters view it all as security, intruder interception, and elements of automation for processing queues such as those at airports and other points of entry.

I see it as something subject to abuse because that is the nature of the governement and the National Security Act who would just as soon kill you as look at you and call it "National Security".

Law enforcement is already onboard ... but they would be. I see my personal attire going all EMP emitter and jamming device in the future.

International Women's Day
Today is International Women's Day (IWD). It is celebrated on the 8th of March every year and focuses on the movement for women's rights.

Now then, I love women. However the so-called feminist movement which I have observed the better part of my life does little to maintain any affection for those freaks of nature calling themselves 'womyn' in an effort to keep 'men' out of what they're called.

    aborted foetus 10 weeks
Likewise the abortion freaks who think they have all rights to lay around and breed then have their living child ripped from their bellies and killed by some physician group out to profit from tissues and such ... even keeping the aborted child alive until it can be relocated to suitable vivisection facilities to increase their profits are indeed an abomination and the women themselves should control their carnal urges to the point that they "prevent" pregnancy rather than be allowed unfettered surgical intervention after the fact.

The industry which is abortion in the United States has simply devolved to a point beyond all trust in their comportment.

Then you hear these bitches howl in front of their cohorts and the fact that sterilization is preferable to ever letting them reproduce again only to deliver then murder the products of their uncontrolled sexual escapades.

The "my body my choice" thing only goes so far. Abortion is not a carte blanche removal of consequences solution for sluts as it appears to be on television anymore. Nor is it supposed to be a tool for the enrichment of abortionists who sell tissues, body parts, and other products of conception for personal profit.

Row v Wade be utterly damned.

Being that socialist vehicle International Women's Day began as in New York City on February 28, 1909, the concept fell further down the abyss when The United Nations began celebrating the day in 1975. The bad being recognized by the worse.

This commemoration which has become International Women's Day today ranges from being a public holiday in some countries to being largely ignored in others. It seems to be primarily a day of protest by females of the species who have become selfish to the point they exist in some sub human state where it's all about them and others have no stake in who they kill.

The day should largely have remained a day that celebrates womanhood ... but it didn't.

Memories of Tammy Faye
Tamara Faye LaValley Bakker Messner
Tamara Faye LaValley Bakker Messner
March 7, 1942 – July 20, 2007

In the beginning there was Tamy Faye Bakker. She was a charismatic christian performer and recording artist and was a favorite of the many children of my friends during the old days sporting a heavy makeup regimen and singing songs of religious praise at the drop of a hat.

She and her then husband Jim Bakker founded The PTL Club which was billed as a televangelist vehicle but appeared mostly a conduit for contributions which were then funnelled into a Christian theme park called Heritage USA.

They could not stand the overwhelming scrutiny of investigative reporters — one of whom was my room mate at Maxy College of the University of South Carolina during that time frame — checking them out and Jerry Falwell ended up owning the thing after taking a ride down the huge water slide featured there ... in a suit as I recall.

So my earliest recollections of Tammy Faye were pretty negative to say the least.

After the PTL / Heritage USA debacle she remained pretty much who she was and unscathed by all the controversy into which she had become immersed.

I must say that I was taken with that consistency of her persona during it all and she even said that all she could be was who she was and I noticed she did no time in the the legal and financial consequences of that ministry.

My favorite memories of her surround a television reality series called The Surreal Life whereby she was cohabitating with various others who were once performers including Ron Jeremy, the porn star. On one episode he showed her his crank after beckoning her to gaze down his trousers and her reaction was that of a shocked woman. She continued to be that same person I'd always encountered on television with a consistent optimism and presence which spoke volumes of that innocence which she embodied.

Later we learned that she had contracted colon cancer. It went into remission then relapse and finally became metastatic. She engaged her final television appearance looking perfectly ragged and haggard from the ravages of her disease and yet ... she did a full news spot making statements and answering questions despite that which she suffered which was obviously devastating.

So I am left feeling sorry for those harsh thoughts I had for her and in retrospect I feel she was likely not a part of the illegal activities for which she has been associated. Her ending was quite severe and she faced it with dignity and composure ... in full makeup.

Dudeism and a lack of suitable activities
The Dude from the Big Lebowski
Dudeism is an ersatz philosophical ideation some consider their religion and lifestyle. It is inspired by "The Dude", a character in the Coen Brothers' film entitled The Big Lebowski.

Dudeism's stated primary objective is to promote a modernistic Taoist orientation with additional concepts from the Ancient Greek philosophy as presented by the character of Jeffrey "The Dude" Lebowski portrayed by Jeff Bridges in the film.

March 6th is the annual sacred high holy day of Dudeism:

The Day of the Dude

All of this is taken entirely too seriously by some and I find that both amusing and somewhat sad.

However, inasmuch as I've never sat down and actually viewed the flick having had many opportunities to do so ... perhaps I am unqualified to even have an opinion at all.

Remembering John Belushi
John Belushi
John Adam Belushi
January 24, 1949 – March 5, 1982

I remember John Belushi from the old days ...

back when I thought Saturday Night Live was really funny and not this leftist libtard derivative nothingness that has taken the place of real writing on television since the writer's strike of the 1980s.

He could take a smattering of quips and pans and turn it into a riot before your very eyes back in his heyday.

That improvisational comedic virtuoso which he was gave rise to performance pieces in musical and physical comedy and variety entertainment and he flourished ... at least outwardly at first.

Like all gems of the entertainment industry John Belushi fell victim to that fame and fortune which became his and he died from an overdose combination of drugs at the Chateau Marmont in LA back in 1982 from an injected drug cocktail called "speedball" in his hotel room.

I was some 30 miles South in El Toro on that day and it was somewhat numbing if not halfway ignored by me in those throes of being thrust into an untenable situation of my own during that timeframe.

Mr Belushi was typically billed as an American actor and comedian who delved into singing.

John Belushi star Hollywood Walk of Fame
His debut was that of one of the seven original cast members of the NBC sketch comedy show Saturday Night Live.

He and Dan Akroyd were fairly inseparable coming from common commedic roots.

He received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in 2004 which was awarded 22 years posthumously.

How long we forget. The most recurring thoughts I have of him since his passing involve how he might have faired in the absence of Cathy Smith on March 5th of that last tumultuous year.

Bots behaving badly
terminate google
So much for the Asimov Seldonian approach to bot behavior algorithms on the web. We already have a number of bots that come onto the network of another and act as though they own it.

Lets see, I don't want to mention any names ... googlebot.

A "Seldonian algorithm" is a conceptual term coined by one Hari Seldon, the Isaac Asimov science fiction Foundation series character who once proclaimed three laws of robotics:

• A robot may not injure a human being or,
• through inaction, allow a human being to come to harm
• A robot must obey the orders given it by human beings except where such orders would conflict with the First Law

Now a badly behaved bot will pretty much ignore the directives contained in robots.txt ... and this is googlebot up one side and down the other. They seem to observe disallow / pretty much up to a point.

But the fact of the matter is that they are not the primadonnas they believe themselves to be and it is well within my ability to deliver something particularly nasty retrograde were I who they think they are.

I never ceased to be amazed by the little sycophant seo so-called "professionals" touting how 'google knows the best way to walk you site' in that effort to appear to be something they're not: technically proficient.

Then, googlebot will add new subnets into the mix in an effort to curtail firewall usage. Herein is my biggest problem with the thugs. When I firewall one of your subnets that means go away. Don't use another to get in. I'll just research and determine those, put them in the mix, and firewall you even longer than I might have otherwise.

I'm not so opposed to the walking of my sites by their spiders as I am the biased search results produced and generally misleading they engage in as a "matter of business". In other words, behave or begone.

I don't value the leftist libtard google, googlebot, youtube, alphabet, or any other property associated with them and I dare say that generic search engine which worked beautifully is something to be mourned since it has been replaced with an algorithm designed for bias and control of the feeble network denizens who think google is something "good" ... when they are purest pushy technoevil.

When contact becomes unnecessary
    The Stoning of Stephen
I've reached this point where all I care to do anymore when returning from work is take an afternoon nap then vege out in front of the teevee for a number of hours and pursue a bite of supper and perhaps putz around on the computer a smidge then retire for the evening.

I'm sure this has others in my midst somewhat miffed when they compare this behavior to the old me ... the consumate social butterfly flitting around hither thither and yon ...

Friendly with everyone. My tendencies toward those socius inclinations having ebbed a long while back. I used to feel obligated to make excuses but now I simply revel in the unsocial nature of it all and I don't let anyone bother me.

Sure, I could and probably should be the helpful twit I once was but it was all for naught then and now it's even more a shame to allow others to use me for their own ends when the only one who helps me anymore is my mother.

So when you can't raise me in the mail or on the phone or on any electronic media as well just remember: I'm out here practicing that inevitable avoidance that keeps me from going crazy so kindly just leave me alone. I tried the sociality eager to help stuff for a long time and all it got me was used.

All people could do is tell me what they might have done for me but didn't. I suppose I simply wasn't worthy enough for a hand when I really needed it.

So now, all I can do is quiesce and maintain this suboptimal existence lest I fall back into the fray and find my life is no longer mine once again.

Remembering Dusty Springfield
Dusty Springfield
Mary Isabel Catherine Bernadette O'Brien
April 16, 1939 - March 2, 1999

One of my favorite childhood singers was Dusty Springfield. I used to buy her 45 rpm singles and play them over and over on my sister's little record player. They were some of the first lyrics I acquired in my life and now I have a massive collection of text files containing various song lyrics.

I would watch her on television programs and sing along with her from time to time. My lack of sophistication made me totally disinterested in her personal life and all I knew was that public persona with which I was enamoured and pursued during the evolution of my musical tastes.

Mary Isabel Catherine Bernadette O'Brien grew into the performer Dusty Springfield and became a singer, musician, presenter on television, and record producer. She worked in the genres of R&B, Pop, and the so-called "blue eyed soul" musical styles and to hear her soft and melodious voice turn powerful belting out various riffs was something to behold.

Hers was a world of vocals, playing the guitar and piano as well as percussion instruments and her multiple talents were not wasted on her venues, nor was her beautiful singing voice. She worked with the likes of the Pet Shop Boys, The Springfields, Sweet Inspirations, and Burt Bacharach creating a niche which was that television performance which brought her to the fore of popularity before her tragic premature death from cancer.

She was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame two weeks posthumously.

The Detectable Front
    Law of Detachment

This notion of the lovelorn is somewhat sad, somewhat pitiful, and somewhat exasperating.

How many times have I seen women sitting in various break rooms crying when they're supposed to be out working ...

Even my own emotions used to control me at times and looking back I have contempt for my lack of that ability to separate some integrated background moment from a present situation at hand.

So now, I'm one of those people you really can't read. I might be happy or sad but you'll typically say I look angry because I'm not sporting some goofy grin on my face like all too many of the others I encounter ...

When my heart is broken I just keep it to myself and get on with life and the situation "which is" refusing to delve into "what was" as that effort in futility it remains.

Cold ? No, just detached. I used to be referred to as "aloof".

I wasn't always there but have been so for quite a few years now. I think when the Navy put me on the pad for mutiny, sedition, and conspiracy I pretty much lost all fear of my fellow men in their pusuit of the abject terror of others.

Stupid officers. Stupid men. I just bided my time and went before the XO and explained myself to her and was exonerated totally.

Such is life ... people want to put things on you and it's up to you to decline to accept them.

Sometimes that assertiveness you project will make or break you in this regard.

Personally, I'm of the 'raging bull' type of assertiveness as evidenced by my 'nuke them from orbit' attitudes toward some things.

So now, if all you have to offer is a steady stream of tedium no thank you. As of somewhere around 1976 I'd had enough drama for an entire lifetime so save that drama for your mama.

I'm not playing around with just anyone anymore.

Rare Disease Day 2020
So in the days of COVID-19 nee coronavirus we are headed for more trouble that we can imagine at this juncture.

turd Dr Ezekiel Emanuel
When a World Health Organization turd Dr Ezekiel Emanuel, an Obama plant, liberal puppet, and resident low skill gadfly who needs to be silenced manually can shoot off his leftist libtard mouth in an effort to strike panic in the nation we need to reach out and impress upon him that he does not speak for the administration anymore and advise him regarding the hazards of unqualified criticism directed in that same ole subterfuge which is the democratic party and their ilk.

Turdbirds like him not withstanding, we are in the midst of a rare disease which has only been known of late having escaped a facility in Wuhan China because the Chinese are so inept at developing biological weapons that they would loose one on their own people and then silence those who protest ...

This is Rare Disease Day an observance held on the last day of February in an effort to raise awareness for rare diseases and improve access to treatment and medical representation for individuals with rare diseases and their families.

There needs to be a reckoning with those outside the administration who would cast aspersions in an effort to promote nationwide panic.

This issue is bad enough with the likes of Dr Ezekiel Hussain Obama Turdbird Emanuel running his yap to promote sensational spin on a disease process that grows more scary by the hour.

    Rare Disease Day
Then the WHO and UN want to dance around the declaration of "pandemic" to further this ruse to try and spin the situation more out of kilter ... Let us just eject both Dr Ezekiel "Hussein Obama" Turdbird Emanuel and the World Health Organization both from the Republic and get our own medical resources busy with the problem at hand rather than these meaningless theatrics of the left.
