Jeffrey Dahmer died in 1994
Jeffrey Dahmer mugshot
The story of a monster living among us ended on this day in 1994.

Jeffrey Lionel Dahmer who was born May 21, 1960 and given life without the possibility of parole was brutally killed with a mop handle by another inmate named Christopher Scarver who was serving time with him at the Columbia Correctional Institution in Portage, Wisconsin.

His murder was ruled homicide by bludgeoning with severe skull and brain trauma.

Thusly, serial killer, sex offender, necrophiliac, and cannibal who evaded capture for years was put down by another incarcerated inmate who had both murdered and robbed others.

Mr Dahmer had been diagnosed with borderline personality disorder, and schizotypal personality disorder as well as a psychotic disorder yet he was found to be legally sane at his trial.

How positively convenient.

Go figure.

The moral of this tragic tale concerns reaping what you sow and just because you accept your fate there is no guarantee that your cohorts in prison will accept you.

Yet another sad story of wasted youth by a sick bird.

Cyber Monday 2023
    Cyber Monday
Kicking the holiday season squarely in the ass we have Cyber Monday.

A marketing cohort of Black Friday since 2005 the day is for online deals in a similar vein ...

Ideally, it saves you the trip to some brick and mortar establishment in favor of the convenience of ordering online.

The day is the brainchild of one Ellen Davis, who was the president of the National Retail Foundation.

Cyber Monday has grown into a formidable tour de force in retail endeavors. I have been known to particpate periodically despite the general increase in payment card fraud so prevalent in the democrat criminal world in which we live ...

Who knows, you may find that perfect something somewhere for an excellent price. You may get ripped off by some unauthorized user of your stolen payment card as well.

Happy Cyber Monday to you !

National Cake Day 2023
Black Forest Cake

Today is National Cake Day. It is a day for the recognition of cake as a dessert or celebratory food item. Many cakes are simply delicious. Others are to be endured.

Personally I am a big fan of the German Chocolate, Devil's Food, Cheese, and Carrot varieties. Most any variation suits me just fine. There were a few vegan cakes that didn't float my boat.

Ice cream goes well with cake as a very popular dish. Birthdays ususally feature cakes with lit candles atop counting those years one has inhabited the planet.

So whatever your 'druthers' cake can likely fit the bill for anything you may have going on.

Happy National Cake Day !

Ben Stein's Birthday 2023
    Ben Stein
One of my favorite personalities over the years is Ben Stein. I am not so much a fan of the actor, but the intellect and I have indulged his various discussions and agreed with many, but not all of his positions.

Most notably his opinion of the outrageous budding socialist libtard asshole Jimmy Kimmel whom he characterizes most favorably whereby I would just as soon pop a cap in his stupid moron head.

Benjamin Jeremy Stein was born November 25, 1944 in Washington, District of Columbia.

He graduated from Columbia University in 1966 with honors in economics and as valedictorian of the 1970 Yale Law School class.

He has worked as an attorney and actor as well as screenwriter and has appeared in numerous commercials. He is a strong fiscal conservative and has made some very telling observations on the waste of taxpayer funds within government.

He is married to entertainment-industry attorney Alexandra Denman, and has a son named Tom Stein.

He has a companion animal named puppy wuppy of which he is quite fond.

Happy birthday to you !

Black Friday 2023
black friday tag
This is the Friday immediately after Thanksgiving Day and is called "Black Friday" in a reference by retailers as the start of the holiday shopping season.

We don't really know the who or the wherefore or the why — only that it may be a reference to congested traffic or the shift of retailer accounting from the red to the black.

Regardless, I think the idea is you're supposed to go out and shop with wild abandon in an effort to make the year successful for local business.

The draw is said to be "deals". Lots of savings to be had; you know — the usual retail attempts at attraction. Can it be that we're all that gullible in the end?

Be all of this as it may I suggest you simply stay home and save a little cash. After all you need not spend money just because you may have a little ...

However, if you have an item in mind, as I did a few years back by all means go for it ! My item is sitting around unused presently and perhaps yours will fare better.

Anyway, happy Black Friday to you !

National Nathan Day 2023
    Nathan and Rebecca

Today is National Nathan Day.

It occurs each November 22nd and is a celebration of those named Nathan.

The name arises from both Nathaniel and Jonathan.

It's meanings are derived from the Hebrew "Gift of God" or "God has bestowed".

Nathan was a Son of King David and a prophet of the one true God as written in the Old Testament.

He was a messenger to King David and is in the ancestral blood line of Yeshua the Christ.

I have had a number of friends given the name since childhood.

The name has enjoyed increasing popularity over the years, and indeed my niece chose to name her second born Nathan.

Born in July of 2020 he is a quiet little fellow and tolerates my company very well.

We love our babies.

Happy National Nathan Day to you !

National Gingerbread Cookie Day
Gingerbread Cookies

It's National Gingerbread Cookie Day an annual November 21 observance.

Gingerbread cookies are a perfect taste for the holiday season and you can buy them in all shapes and sizes ...

Or make your own.

There was a time when I pursued the baking of cookies and such during the holiday season. I'm afraid those days are long gone so I purchase my baked goods these days.

The spicy cookies have been a favorite of mine for a long time now.

I was once known to stash a bag of ginger snaps in my desk to the point that coworkers would drop by with their coffee in hand for a few periodically.

Gingerbread has been around a very long time.

In the sixteenth century, Queen Elizabeth I used to have them fashioned in the likenesses of visiting dignitaries to the delight of the recipients.

They span the gamut of human celebrations from holidays — and even are tokens of love embossed with iced messages of l'amour.

Some Eastern European locales even view them as an art form.

So grab a glass of almond milk and woof a few down.

Name your PC Day 2023
    my workstation machine
I'm not real big on the trendy mess which permeates society. I think that techies in particular should concentrate on their skills and subject matter expertise rather than going off on libtard tangents of social meda and meaningless brain dead drivel.

Today is Name Your PC Day. It is observed annually each November 20. The day seeks to anthropromorphize the machine into some ersatz "friend" when it is more of a tool and a means to an end.

No longer being the prolific gamer I once was, perhaps the more serious aspects of computers permeates my being to excess ...

Seeing how I predate the PC in the field of computers by a number of years I never had the impetus to get all cutesy cutesy with the thing upon which I was working at the moment. There was always some serious business of installation, breakfix repair, or configuration either at hand or to be considered.

Be all of this as it may, should you find yourself in the mood — today is a perfect day to go all libtard and name your computer.

Bear in mind that my machines all have a name assigned by me. That is the NetBIOS name which is mostly a requirement in broadcast networking and any windoze mess you may utilize having their WINS crap.

Nowadays it's not quite so sigificant as it was early on — but remains a parameter of operations nonetheless.

Happy Name your PC Day you green haired underskilled over opiniated too many feelings having leftist you.

World Toilet Day 2023
commode
Stranded ... stuck on the toilet bowl
What do you do when you're stranded
And you can't reach the roll ?
We all hit the room periodically throughout our lives to rid ourselves of those products of consuming mass quantities and processing them through out digestive pathways to our metabolism then out again.

Yes, without the modern convenience of the crapper life would be a different experience for many.

This is World Toilet Day. It is an event each November 19 and the general counsel of the United Nations specified it because they are a murderous pile of shit.

So if you can't poop on António Guterres or better yet Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus BOTH of whom REALLY deserve it — I suppose a commode is the next best thing.

Commodes are for people who require the elimination of global shit like the UN. Shit on the United Nations and every turd member up it's Agenda 2030 murdering ass.

National Occult Day 2023
    Cross of the Knights Templar
It is said that the Knights Templar worshipped Baphomet a supposed deity which subsequently became incorporated into many occult and esoteric traditions.

Baphomet is a deity allegedly worshipped by the Knights Templar that subsequently became incorporated into various occult and Western esoteric traditions.

The name Baphomet appeared in trial transcripts for the Inquisition of the Knights Templar starting in 1307. It first came into popular English usage in the 19th century during debate and speculation on the reasons for the suppression of the Templar order.

The Inquisiton of the Knights Templar of 1307 mentions this deity by name.

The occult subsequently became a main reason for suppression of the Templar order and it's proponents suffered violent deaths which included torture and burning at the stake in the name of the one true God, YHVH whose name is "I Am" and not I Was.

Ultimately their order was disbanded by the confiscation of their belongings just prior to the deaths of most of their adherents with particularly brutal endings layed upon their leaders.

I had my dalliance into the occult on occasion. I mostly view it as curiosa but do feel that there are forces and entities out there better left to their own devices.

International Occult Day is observed each November 18. It is a day to delve into those things beyond us in an effort toward understanding mysticism, esoteric arts like alchemy as well as spirituality, and clairvoyance, aspects of healing, mediumship and other supernatural gifts which are by and large considered pseudoscience by the orthodox academic community.

Regardless I hope you'll take a moment to consider what lay beyond our senses if it doesn't scare you and perhaps you'll come away with a better understanding of the universe in general.

National Unfriend Day 2023
jimmy kimmel asshole
I used to watch the Jimmy Kimmel Show all the time.

Then one day I saw him whining about wanting entitlements for his child and knew that he was some liberal who wasn't trying to pay his own way and wanted handouts from the government.

Then he had Hillary gd Clinton on his show and I knew he was just another democrat crook in the mix.

Today is National Unfriend Day created by that insufferable libtard Jimmy Kimmel.

It celebrates getting rid of the unsuitable friends in our lives ... such as his dumb ass.

I used to like Jimmy Kimmel until I saw what a putrid liberal he is and since then it has been over.

F☠ck you Jimmy Kimmel and your little dog Guillermo Rodriguez too.

Use Less Stuff Day 2023
    Oak Slat Chair
Minimalism has never been my forte. I feel that over indulgence has been the bulk of my existence for reasons unknown to me.

Today is Use Less Stuff Day. It is observed the third Thursday in November annually and falls on November 16th this year.

The day is about awareness and the diminishing of that clutter which typically accumulates in homes throughout the year.

My niece once called me a "packrat" when she came over to help me attain some modicum of order in the crib.

I was mildly offended initially, but ended it up just laughing it off.

I think the holiday season and the customs of gift giving and the purchasing of holiday accoutrements is the crux of the day.

Simplification through less acquisition and purchases seems to be the name of the game.

As for me, I will maintain my present lifestyle and likely accumulate various other things in my already cluttered existence.

Just remember, as my dear late Aunt Glenda once told me, "Clutter in a house is not a dirty house".

Happy Use Less Stuff Day and I hope you don't miss the point as I have so often in the past.

Recycling in America
recycling symbol
National Recycling Day 2023
America Recycles Day 2023

The extraction and processing for reuse of material possessions is called recycling.

Recycling is said to be environmentally friendly.

I used to hold that notion dear ...

Of late it has come to my attention that the costs of recycling of metals in particular are prohibitive at any level of efficiency and while I don't hold recyling in the high esteem it once had in my life, I have been requested to recycle from the local jurisdiction and I attempt to do so to honor their request.

My beloved Mother, on the other hand resists recycling tooth and nail. She indicates that she did not do any of it in her earlier life and she really doesn't feel it to be necessary in her life now.

I used to think I had some pro recycling argument that would be compelling, but seeing how I feel — it would be rather hypocritcal from the standpoint of my particular world view. So if you choose to do it, good for you. It's good to believe in these notions of making the world cleaner. If you don't I'm afraid I just can't knock your attitude toward it all.

Happy National Recycling Day
Happy America Recycles Day
