Yeah, just in time for Zero Discrimination Day I use the n-word occasionally. I remember Randy Marsh on the episode of South Park where he screwed up playing Wheel of Fortune on live teevee. He was really sent through profound changes alien to my existence.
In my case, the n-word is perjorative for whites, blacks, yellows, and browns and mixed race in particular. Personally, I don't really care what you think of my use of it because I don't seek your approval at any level.
If you think you can get in my face about it just fuck around and find out. Call me down in public and see what it gets you.
In the name of public comportment and civility I do attempt to refrain from casual or constant use of the n-word and — and the intentional provocation of others for shits and giggles.
My best ole ex-friend the late Charlie Paschal said that "If you don't say it, you won't say it." This is why I try to be aware of where I am when I start spouting off a lot of drivel in anger. I'd just as soon people not be subjected to my ranting when it turns all petty racist so I refrain from saying the n-word for it's own sake.
The n-word originated with the slaves in the antebellum deep South. Later it evolved to a sector of the black population claiming that it was "their word" and that I had no right to use it because I am white.
Well, you may know I like the rough stuff — and be all that as it may my use of the word continues unabated and I defy ANYONE to "make" me stop using it. All you had to do was "forbid me" in that manner and it was ON.
Cancel culture can't really cancel a person who doesn't recognize or care about the entire concept at all. Shun me all you like. I can give you a lot more grief than you can give me as evidenced by the many who cannot leave public comments but can send a nastygram via contact form email without reservation. Wussy cowards.
Freedom of speech goes far deeper than the wishes of a demented group of people tainted by their need to be constantly coddled and given preferential treatment ad nauseum for any reason.
