Today is Color TV Day. It is observed each June 25th annually. The color television set originated in my lifetime and I recall the first thing I ever viewed in color at my home and the impact it had on me at that moment.
I have lived vicariously through various television characters and indeed some remain dear to my heart though they may be passed for many years now.
My only problem with color television surrounds the journalists who think they need to influence you rather than report the news and events in their purview.
I also hold high disdain for woke idiocy like that prevalent in Disney and certain state jurisdictions who make their buffoonish attitudes known over the television.
As far as color television goes, I think it is an improvement over the old black and white technology. The flat panels and resolutions of the now are likewise far superior to those tube models of days gone by.
I hope you have a high definition color television and that you engage those outlets which float your boat.
