Bram Moolenaar RIP

Bram Moolenaar was an unsung hero of the information age.
He was born in 1961 at Lisse, Netherlands.
He passed on August 3, 2023 at 62 years of age.
He graduated from the electrical engineering program at Delft University of Technology.
He is known for making possible the porting the VIM editor across several other platforms.
VIM is one of the most popular text editors in the world and is widely in use by many, including myself.
He was overly involved in google projects like calendar and VIM.
This is but a personal aversion and as such the I could never hold working for my enemy against him.
He had participated in many charities involving the support of AIDS victims in Uganda.
Rest in peace.
