Ne dis jamais jamais
Sean Connery as James Bond in Never Say Never Again
Sean Connery as James Bond in Never Say Never Again
I was a metal head about that time I had reached my EAOS and was separated from active duty in the Navy.

I was also on the outskirts of idiocy with my recovery coming full circle in the next couple of years.

My dramatic behaviors and associated theatrics were the stuff of legend in my large circle of friends and one of those things I consider to be the advent of maturity was removal of the phonies and the drug dealers and those thorns in my existence who were there to be humored or otherwise take undue advantage of my good nature.

So I batted around various thoughts of life and career and those portends of schizophrenogenic human interactions diminished with the exclusion of crook physicians, purpetrators of medicare and other insurance fraud, and the charletains they utilized in their practices.

I left "plan A" for the self sufficiency of "plan B" and have remained there in favor of popping a cap in the head of some two faced user which formerly predominated my existence.

Still, I had to contend with matters of reputation, the earning of dollars, and various aspects of career to the point of distraction at times ...

But I persevered and moved onward and upward through the fog.

Then there was the removal of all recreational drugs cold turkey.

I figured it would be this insurmountable end to my existence because the workplace was now pushing pre-employment drug testing the very thought of which filled me with fear and foreboding.

Luckily when you make up your mind to do better this is likely what will transpire and I gave it all up without a single episode of withdrawal.

This has pretty much been the case since those early 1980s efforts and I find my brain began functioning better from a standpoint of dexterity and memory retrieval almost immediately.

I certified in everything as a matter of conscience until that point when I realized that computer vendors and schools tout "certification" as a matter of revenue generation. They never helped me a single iota in the field. All the certified "professionals" who couldn't do the work after their bootcamp test passing simply flooded the field with incapable techies and thusly, I rose to the very top of the field.

For when the PhDs were found lacking. When the masters degree holders proved incompetent. I could perform the technical duties quickly and correctly.

So in the presence of pedigreed individuals sporting nothing but ineptitude they were let go while I was retained.

The naysayers be damned. The friends who said I'd never get hired. The coworkers saying "you don't have a degree" were far beneath my subject matter expertise and hardware skills.

Never Say Never.

Never Say Never

Never, never, never say never
Ne dis jamais jamais
Better, better believe in forever
And it can be that way

You think that you could never love again
The one time really tore you apart
So don't even try to touch your heart
You're never going to give it again

Never, never, never say never
Ne dis jamais jamais
Better, better believe in forever
And it can be that way

You think that too much joy can only bring pain
Before you know it, it can be gone
But give me a chance to prove you're wrong
You'll never say never again

Never, never, never say never
Ne dis jamais jamais
Better, better believe in forever
And it can be that way

Take time to smell the roses
Don't hold back your one chance
It hardly lasts, it hardly lasts
Better, better believe in forever

Out here I stand with my heart in my hand
My hopes on a wing and a prayer
I must have been born with a hole in my head
Cause I've never said these things before

Never, never, never say never
Ne dis jamais jamais
Better, better believe in forever
And it can be that way

Lyrics by Tommy Shaw
Peformed by Styx on the album Cornerstone

Damaged Goods
damaged goods
Persons regarded as inadequate or impaired in some way are often called 'damaged goods'.

I used to think that I was the most damaged of goods upon the planet.

However, there are those even more whiny and crybaby than I all the while touting their alleged vast social superiority in my face.

The results of failed marriages and other relationships sometime leave us bitter and apparently feeling used ... often unable to relate to anyone remotely interested later and resulting in this control freak persona that simply cannot work in the presence of free wheeling intellect and massive experiential world inventory.

The tedium associated with trying to effectively communicate with another so utterly unable to read between the lines of interpersonal relationships to the point that everything is a abject hostile confrontation to the nth degree and as offputting as absolutely possible leads to somewhat severe consequences in the world of others and their spheres of existence.

It is a difficult matter to attribute Kierkegaard’s aesthetic, ethical, and religious connotations to a flippant secular immensely spooky emotionally labile human being. So all psychosocial bullshit aside, that which remains available is an attitude of "parting company" and that act of "being done" with all remaining failed interaction and indeed, this should be sufficient in all subsequent matters.

Be all of this as it may, some baggage typically remains and the parting of company is difficult in the presence of what are considered "feelings" no matter how trivial they are considered by any other said to be significant.

Suffice it to say "I'm done" because in the end I have a low tolerance for whiny ass bullshit.

Not wishing company in life — for any reason — comes with both it's own set of problems and rewards ... but how you comport yourself in the navigation of such a reality is telling and foretelling.

What you do tomorrow depends upon what you do today.

ENIAC Day 2020
    ENIAC historical display

Yeah, my career path has me working plan B.

Automation support, computers, networks, hardware, software, media ... you know the drill.

Having started quite early in the 'information age' I predate the personal computer by about a decade.

In that beginning of my career, there were minis and mainframes but not much in the way of microcomputers.

These were mostly consumer models such as your commodore 64, tandy color computer, and a few breadboard style LED byte display models which were not really for the uninitated.

In fact a scant month after purchasing a DEC VT-100 (Robin) CP/M conversion package the IBM PC was released and obsolescence was all I really had at that point.

It is my duty to make sure that the operations go smoothly for my assigned areas. I have a number of side interests which also come into play. They all need me.

Today is ENIAC Day, which celebrates the world’s first computer.

On the tenth of February in 2011 the Philadelphia jurisdiction declared that February 15, 2011 as ENIAC Day. This correpsonds to the 65th anniversary of the unveiling of the Electronic Numerical Integrator and Computer (ENIAC).

ENIAC is the world's first general-purpose electronic computer and was developed at the University of Pennsylvania's Moore School of Electrical Engineering.

Thus began what was to become my 'plan b' as it were. I'm very fortunate to have been able to embark on it when 'plan a' became no longer feasible in my existence.

Happy ENIAC Day to you.

World Radio Day 2020
BM-800 Studio Condenser Mic
World Radio Day is another UN sham designed to draw you in that confidence game which is this global pursuit of world domination they have in mind.

It is as if radio stations weren't already passe in favor of these god forsaken videos that EVERY web page thinks you REQUIRE.

Anyhoo, there's always some social whine du jour on the agenda where radio stations are admonished that diversity is king and men can be women and women can be men.

World Radio Day 2020 is today and this year is themed "Radio and diversity" ...

UNESCO and the UN calls on radio stations to uphold diversity, both in their newsroom and on the airwaves. So all you little UN rats out there get in line with your masters and do what they say do.

I, for one, don't even LIKE radio anymore. The UN has been out of my life except to call them that fake international police they consider themselves as being.

They are advocating for pluralism in radio. This implies public, private and community broadcasters as a concerted entity.

They also encourage representation in the newsroom, with teams representing diverse society groups ... as if we really need a lot of diversity dragging down the performers with a lot of slackers and miscreants.

Likewise, they promote diversity of editorial content and programming reflecting the variety of the audiences ... regardless of personal interests otherwise.

The radio may remain the most widely consumed medium. There is just no room for it in my highly technocentric life where ultra high def video, conferencing, podcasting, and sms modalities still rule the roost.

As usual, the UN and everything they are up to including Agenda 2030, World Radio Day, and the rest of their brainwashing can take a flying leap.

National Freedom to Marry Day 2020
    No LGBTQ
Okay, here's where a number of my friends take issue with one of those stances I hold regarding relationships.

Today is National Freedom to Marry Day. It is an unofficial observance in the US which happens each February 12 to promote same-sex marriage.

Marriage as I view it is a religious covenant aka "holy matrimony" ordained by the one true God and the traditions of men have attempted to extend this into their abominations via a bunch of evil individuals who are members of one Lambda Legal, which is a so-called "gay rights" advocacy law firm based out of Washington, DC.

First of all the concept of "gay rights" is a fallacy perpetrated by those individuals who call themselves "gay" where there are no rights associated with homosexuality or other perversions of the spirit.

I have no issue with "civil unions" for homosexual individuals who wish to couple and exist in that carnal sin with each other.

My personal issues revolve around some fag claiming "holy matrimony" is their right when theirs is simply the abomination admonished against in the book of Leviticus.

It's like Washington Street United Methodist Church embracing homosexuality in their sniveling apologist fashion. Now they are simply an extension of Sodom and Gomorrah being perpetrated by latter day sodomites in an effort to bring acceptance to a lifestyle which should cause them to be taken out and stoned to death.

Yes, though I am not without sin myself I would certainly cast the first stone.

I don't tell people how to live. I retain my right to my personal opinion and in this regard my personal views are quite severe. When you flaunt your propensity for being who you are you'd better be ready for the consequence.

I like the rough stuff and I'm fully prepared to dish it back at you as required.

Are you as well prepared to take what you have coming for your lifestyle choices ?

Just make sure you don't bring a stick or a knife to a gun fight.

Repent.

Inventors Day 2020
Nikola Tesla
Nikola Tesla
Serbian American inventor
electrical and mechanical engineer
Futurist, electromechanical genius

Inventors Day is a day of the year set aside by a country to recognise the contributions of inventors.

Inventors day varies from country to country. Countries which recognise an Inventors Day do so with varying degrees of emphasis and on different days of the year.

President Ronald Reagan of the United States proclaimed February 11, 1983 as National Inventors Day via his Proclamation 5013 whereby he stated:

...call upon the people of the United States to observe this day with appropriate ceremonies and activities.

President Ronald Reagan
Inventors Day Proclamation 5013
Unfortunately, in the ignorance of conventional wisdom he attached the day to the birth day of Thomas Alva Edison the single biggest patent thief and shyster to ever live.

So Congress, inkeeping with the ignorance of the rest of the administration and pursuant to Senate Joint Resolution 140 of Public Law 97 – 198 designated February 11 as National Inventors Day.

This is the anniversary of the birth of the inventor Thomas Alva Edison, who is credited with over a thousand patents ... Which we now know a good many of these were hijacked from others.

This is is a travesty on a par with Truman's stupid National Security Act which enabled every crook and murderer on the planet to run ripshod over the rest of the taxpayers in the name of contrived "national security" and should have been repealed immediately ... but hasn't been to date.

So much for recognition of the enormous contribution inventors make to the nation and the world. The bad people are recognized while the good people assume obscurity.

I thought the government was supposed to be comprised of 'the elite' as stated in my civics class so long ago. If this is the work of the elite they might as well be placed in home and prevented from further menace to society.

The pursuit of desire
    bouche de desir
That strong feeling of wanting to have something ... or someone — or simply wishing for something to happen may be referred to as "desire".

Over the years there have been many objects of my desire. These run the gamut from women I have coveted through career options and even pieces of land in remote mountain regions far away from the noise and haste of where I existed at that point in time.

Likewise, those objects of my desire have reduced their numbers as I have matured and I personally find a quantum improvement in my tastes for desirable entities, i.e., I don't desire just anything or anybody anymore.

In the sense of longing or hoping for a person, object, or outcome I find separation in the tangible viz a viz that sensorium which culminates in pheromones and the longing to be all up in a fine woman's stuff.

The precedence of people in my life go by a number of traits which either stir admiration or aversion and I either end up wanting proximity ... or desiring riddance.

Be all of this as it may, my 'head over heels' days long past it is a far simpler matter to accept rejection and move on being splendidly practiced in those matters and having evolved past the residuals of broken hearts, whiny regurgitations of where one went wrong and ... ENOUGH

Just go your own way and let it go.

So this being said, I remain single and prowling around. I enjoy the fact that a number of females start disrobing in my presence anticipating those presents they know I may bestow. Yes, some of us possess abilities far beyond those of mortal men. It's not always a bad thing to go home alone.

In the presence of this the intervening time prior to that moment is typically quite memorable.

Though I didn't fall of the turnip truck yesterday I find it rather difficult to engage that which I view as a waste of time and trouble.

In l'amour as in all other things, the end eventually comes in the absence of sufficient interest.

Orson Bean RIP
Orson Bean
Orson Bean
July 22, 1928 – February 7, 2020

Dallas Frederick Burrows evolved into Orson Bean, a veteran actor I've watched on various productions my entire life was struck and killed in traffic in Venice, California Friday night. He was 91 years old.

LA police report he was clipped by a vehicle while walking in the area of Venice Boulevard and Shell Avenue.

Then he was struck by another driver who could not be warned by bystanders.

This has the appearance of an accident and both drivers remained at the scene.

The Los Angeles County Coroner's office confirmed Bean's Friday night death, saying it was being investigated as a "traffic-related" fatality.

Los Angeles police say a pedestrian was walking in the area of Venice Boulevard and Shell Avenue when he was clipped by one vehicle and fell.

Other bystanders tried to warn a second driver, but he also struck the pedestrian.

Police say the second collision was fatal. Both drivers stayed at the scene.

Bean was a veteran performer of 100 appearances in television and film with a career in acting that spanned some 60 years.

I used to watch him on various game shows, cameos and other parts which ran on the television back in the day.

Recently, he appeared in "The Equalizer 2" and earlier had roles in "Being John Malkovich" and "Miracle on 34th Street" as well as teevee shows like "Modern Family" and "The Bold and the Beautiful." He had a recurring role in "Desperate Housewives" from 2009 to 2012.

I was most touched by his portrayal of Sam Rubinstein in Equalizer 2 where the poignancy was palpable up til that moment in time he was reunited with his Sister whom he believed he had lost in The Holocaust. Having spent a long time searching for her picture she came walking in the door, looked at him and said 'My Sammy?' and they embraced and I became overcome with the moment, got all teary eyed, and stopped everything I was doing for about an hour immersed in that single moment.

It was a wonderful moment in time and his portrayal was so touching I will never forget it. It is most certainly tragic to reach 91 and be at the pinnacle of your career to be struck down in a traffic accident.

All I can do is wring my hands miss that which he was — and all that he might have become in this, his late but very significant blooming.

Propose Day 2020
rolling pin with ball and chain
We approach St Valentines Day and thoughts naturally turn to l'amour and those special others we hold dear.

Seeing how I'm well into my sixties I view the prospects of 'hooking up' pretty remote and sure enough, my most significant other is seeing to it that these portends come to bear from what I can tell.

Propose Day is celebrated on February 8th as a day set aside to propose matrimony to your significant other.

It is said that many of the younger set gift roses to propose to their prospective girlfriend or boyfriend.

It is the second day of Valentine's week, celebrated from 7th through 14th of February.

So if you're so inclined and young enough to still care, by all means get on out there into the fray.

All it costs is 2 dollars down and everything you make for the rest of your life.

Happy Propose Day to you.

A "Never Trumper" Gets His
Alexander Vindman
According to his attorney Alexander Vindman was escorted out of the White House on Friday and told to leave his position at the National Security Council NSC.

Holding a residual Obama administration position, he was one of those key witnesses who testified in connection with the House impeachment inquiry about President Trump’s phone conversation with the Ukrainian president during which Trump raised investigations of former Vice President Joe Biden and his son Hunter Biden's dealings in Ukraine.

His attorney, of course characterized his dismissal as much more flattering than it was.

There is no question in the mind of any American why this man’s job is over, why this country now has one less soldier serving it at the White House LTC Vindman was asked to leave for telling the truth. His honor, his commitment to right, frightened the powerful

David Pressman
Mr Vindman’s attorney
I don't view an appointee from a highly dubious untrustworthy previous administration alleging anything to be the truth.

The democrats have already proven beyond all doubt that they are immoral, unscrupulous liars without redeeming value.

Any one who alleges that this man told the truth INCLUDING his attorney is suspect given the hostile circumstances.

All the administration did is eliminate a questionable individual who should have been gone the first day of Mr Trump's administration.

I personally believe that justice would have been better served with a summary execution and subsequent burial in an unmarked grave ... along with Nancy Pelosi, Adam Schiff, Chuckie Schumer, Maggie Hirono, the squad, and Michael Moore.

So much for good will toward men when it comes to those liars, thieves, and cheats called "democrat".

I wonder if they realize how much their prestige is diminished in the Republic due to the lies, subterfuge, contrived false documents paid for by Hillary Clinton, and the totally excessive waste of the taxpayer's money pursuing a set of utterly fake impeachment charges.

Kirk Douglas Passed Yesterday at 103
    Kirk Douglas and son Michael
Kirk Douglas
December 9, 1916 – February 5, 2020
All my life I have seen the work of Kirk Douglas.

Portrayer of the original 'Spartacus moment' hijacked by the insipid tasteless and stupid Corey Booker who sullied it claiming part and parcel to what it meant ...

Kirk Douglas was an actor, producer, director, writer, and philanthropist who received 3 academy awards — which I must admit mean little anymore in the pseudo political leftist libtard notions of Hollywood in particular.

He was someone whose career I always enjoyed.

Issur Danielovitch was born December 9, 1916 and his work ran the gamut of over 90 film offerings and his progeny joined him in his career.

He went from being impoverished to making his mark in an industry which had the propensity for eating one alive and lasted as a true headliner for the bulk of his life.

Not even the Hollywood blacklists could stop him.

A stroke he suffered on January 28, 1996 impaired his speech but he remained who he was until his death at home in Beverly Hills, California, on February 5, 2020, at age 103.

A truer icon has never lived in my lifetime.

Rush Limbaugh awarded Presidential Medal of Freedom during SOTU
Rush Limbaugh gets Presidental Medal of Freedom during SOTU
Rush Limbaugh was awarded the Presidential Medal of Freedom, the nation's highest civilian honor, during the State of the Union address Tuesday night.

He is 69 and a staunch supporter of President Donald Trump who announced Monday he is battling advanced lung cancer.

Trump said the diagnosis was not good news, but added

What is good news is that he is the greatest fighter and winner that you will ever meet.

President Donald Trump
State of the Union Address
February 4, 2020

Mr Limbaugh was seated next to our first lady Melania Trump sporting a full beard and appeared stunned at the presidential announcement of the award. He rose and saluted our President, and offered a thumbs-up to Republicans in the House chamber.

The predictable democrats were all in a venomous foul snit.

The libtard Rob Reiner took to twitter to whine inconsolably as is his habit anymore.

However, Rush Limbaugh got the award and Rob Reiner is still the has been he's been CONTINUOUSLY since the passing of Carroll O'Connor — and remains a meathead not to be introduced in polite company.

Tom Steyer is a Liar
    Tom Steyer is a Liar
Tom Steyer the liar billionare hedge fund executive, climate change idiot, and impeachment libtard says "I can beat Trump because he's racist and hates most Americans".

I once saw a political ad running on The Travel Channel with Tom Steyer speaking to children calling Donald Trump a racist and speaking of his alleged hate when indeed that is what the democrats have to sell when they're not busy bearing false witness against the sitting president.

When I considered those fabrications of Mr Steyer being spoken to innocent children who were being indoctrinated by this evil person seeking the highest office in the land I was filled with disgust.

Now, when I see a television spot featuring Tom Steyer the liar pitching his candidacy, I turn off the offending station. I watch much less Travel Channel than I used to these days solely because of the preponderance of Steyer political ads they run.

These leftist liars like Tom Steyer pitching their falsehoods to a populace which is ignorant to the truth is one of those pervasive problems in the United States these days.

We have a democratic candidate list with few who even base any aspect of their existence on the truth as it relates to them and we the people.

There is Elizabeth Warren the pathological liar. There is Pete Buttigieg who is another who has problems with presenting truthful arguments in his rhetoric. Bernie Sanders is a communist socialist who is fairly honest, yet would destroy the United States of America in the manner of The USSR.

Then there is Joseph R Biden who would monetize office in the finest tradition of the Clintons and further use our place on the international stage to enrich his worthless no skills no experience son ... all the while lying through his presenile teeth regarding the facts.

Mr Biden needs to be placed in heavy chains, fed bread and water, and held to account for his crimes.

Andrew Yang is the most suitable in my view from a standpoint of honesty, but his ideas are too socialist for my personal tastes in a Presidential candidate. Universal income is taking from the worker and giving to the shirker.
