World Red Cross and Red Crescent Day

As I recall the Red Cross, be it American, International, or whatever other jurisdiction under which they may operate is an assistance vehicle which deals with catastrophies and such internationally.
They have a definite "leftist" orientation and organize fringe group support happenings such as those with alternate relationships, gender dysphorias, and such and this has pretty much placed me at odds with a mechnism for the continuation of what I view as human stupidity.
Be all of this as it may I am always for assistance to the down trodden and victims of catastrophic events.
However supporting the psycho orientation du jour just because it's this trendy indoctrination component picked up by the public education systems of the world is quite a bit much for me personally.
So I will remain conflicted but the red cross emblem no longer inspires the same warm and fuzzies I used to feel when thinking about them.
I don't go for enablers of deviant behaviors and IMHO this is too much of what they have become.
