World Prematurity Day 2019

preemie reaching out
Today is World Prematurity Day, an annual thing to bring preterm births to the fore and make those concerns for preterm infants and their families known to the world.

Originating in Europe in 2008 the observance has been called World Prematurity Day since 2011. It is now part of the yearly calendars in some 60 plus countries.

Planned parenthood would likely object because surviving infants cannot be dismembered and sold for parts and are therefore not commodity items in the 'pro choice' realm.

They would much prefer using a surgical meathook and ripping the infant from the womb as a condition of pre sale operations to hedge that abortionist sideline which has evolved into the real moneymaker for an organization which would tout itself as one which provides mercy style services. As for me, I believe that a kid should have every opportunity to live and grow to attain that potential to which he or she may. I've always been a sucker for babies and mamas ... and puppies.
