Unsatisfactory ecommerce Banking

I'm afraid that I have been forced to curtail the amount of business I have been doing with my 'hometown' bank. It seems that though I thought the only incompetents were their IT department, the entirety of their organization is permeated with dullards unable to do their own work and therefore forced to outsource.

My deal breaker came yesterday when they 'declined' a valid debit card charge as 'suspicious' for the second time.

This failure to learn from past mistakes can only be construed as stupidity.

Couple this with embarassing me in front of yet another vendor and voila, I'm in the new checking account and plastic market yet again. It's been a long time. They lost my insurance business as a consequence of this stupidity as well.

Outsource that.
