If you could see your whole life from start to finish, would you change things?

The concept of life review is one I acquired from my studies in human existence and extensive reading on end of life.

When we depart this life I feel that we encounter "the being of light" which poses the question "Is it (your life) sufficient?" or "What have you to show me?"

While my pursuit of becoming a better person has been with me for a while now it wasn't always this way ...

To the point that 'Nay, I think it will never be sufficient' and 'I have nothing really to show for my life's journey'.

Sure, I have endeavored a career and pursued various relationships over the years.

However, this being said I also feel that I allowed much of that which was most important to me personally to slip between my fingers like so much sand throught that hourglass comprising my days upon the Earth.

When all you have is your work ... your works have suffered in the big scheme of things.

It is my humble opinion there could have been much better use of those gifts I had to offer were they not underutilized by those institutions upon which they were wasted.

So like so many late bloomers and and underachievers in our midst my journey was sullied by the pursuit of the almighty dollar to the detriment of all other aspects of my existence.

Too bad.
