The First Day of June
| June is upon us. The verge of Summer. The weather has warmed up considerably. Much is happening. Time for that second half of my raise to kick in. Time for some happiness. Time for some sadness as well. One of the ladies with whom I work has passed away. I was sorry to learn that Deborah Livingston succumbed to a case of post operative pneumonia over the weekend. She was a kind, involved, and very forward thinking lady — the consummate professional, and builder of consensus. I for one will miss her optimism and cooperative attitude in the workplace. So here we are in the middle of the year already. Time is certainly flying. I hope I can keep up with everything. |
