The Electric Smell Interface

A system has been developed to transmit weak electrical signals to electrodes in the nostrils to simulate smells.

I suppose this precursor to digital 'smellovision' will add additional enjoyment to those porn videos replete with the smells associated with all that else which transpires on the various outlets.

No, I do not really approve. I don't think that there are any collections of smells that I truly couldn't live without — and somehow that chemical buffer between them and me is comforting.

It's just in my never ending pursuit of technological excellence that vision of a massive flatus collection simply may become irresistable.

Now if I can only figure out how to trigger the mechanism in an elevator and walk away laughing hysterically.
