The Day of the Imprisoned Writer 2018

PEN International Day of the Imprisoned Writer

This day is a recognition of writers who resist the suppression of those basic rights of humanity and the freedom of expression it is supposed to contain. Each November 15 it is observed under the auspices of PEN International's Writers in Prison Committee.

As long as there have been people, there has been dissent. Some of us are quite vocal in authoring items which detail the reasons for that dissent.

For example, the treachery and subterfuge of the United States Democratic Party has placed themselves into my sights over their stealing of votes in elections, unmitigated gall in lying to the electorate, and that criminal activity in the form of harassing citizens and slander that goes with it.

Who knows, I may soon be an imprisoned writer. Like murdered journalist Jamal Khashoggi, I too may pay the ultimate price at the hands of some criminal democrat out to teach some cheap shot lesson or make a name for themselves as a 'tough guy' in their organization dedicated to the destruction of The Republic known as The United States of America.

The Republicans have yet to demonstrate any ability or inclination to strike back in kind at these criminals lead by the evil mouthy Maxine Waters, the decrepit lame brain Nancy Pelosi, the brigand Barack Obama and that dude he married, and the tard boy Cory Booker, et al.

The time for being polite in politics has long ended.
