The 2020 Holiday Season

Others of us begin somewhat sooner ... like me and the retail establishments primarily.
Yes, I am an early observer of those holidays which culminate in Christmas and New Years, but my observance begins round about Halloween. It's always been this way for me.
I think it all began in Blackfoot Idaho and that wonderful feeling I had in the first grade dressing in my ghost costume my mama made for me and consuming various goodies surrounding harvest time and the Fall ...
You know, coloring pages, elementary school activities, the magic of the season fell upon me and never left.
So as I now embark on the start of yet another I give pause to reflect back on those wonderful times now passed and dream of what remains yet to come.
