As if I ever need an excuse anyway.
So I think when the world presents more events than you know what to do with, it's time to settle back and go for life's simpler pleasures like spending time with the sons and daughters in your midst.
A little day trip. A little celebration. A little boy. A little girl. All the makings for a memorable day if you take the time to be there for them.
It all reminds me of my daddy taking me places long ago yesterday when we were young.
