We were attempting to change the storage from my premeses to their storage facility.
The extra $114 monthly triggered her nicely and we are now pursuing other options.
Anyway, the bottom line here is there is a dreadfully expensive business model in effect and now; needless to say her possessions cannot be placed in a PODS container.
She feels preyed upon.
I would however point out that the young lady in the PODS office closing out our business was very polite and helpful.
