Quentin Tarantino is 62 Today

It's director Quentin Tarantino's birthday. I like to observe it because he is a man after my own heart. He was born on March 27, 1963 at Knoxville, Tennessee.

He was a high school drop out of Narbonne High School whereby he enrolled in acting school at Toluca Lake.

I like his work for it's provocative nature and his brand of no holes barred screenwriting.

Some of my favorites in his repertoire include Reservoir Dogs, Pulp Fiction and Jackie Brown. I have yet to see the Kill Bill franchise. Inglourious Basterds and Django Unchained were good for their over the top nature and I particularly like the violence ... but, of course, I would.

All in all I'd say its been quite a run for Mr Tarrantino and I hope to enjoy more of his work in the future.
