Poor Poor Pitiful Dylann Roof

The Gurney
So the incarceration of Dylann Roof isn't going along those lines he expected. Lets see, a white supremacist mass murderer is supposed to be treated with those kid gloves associated with the utmost respect and admiration.

The young idiot Mr Roof feels that he's being verbally harassed and abused without cause as well as being treated disproportionately harsh in letters to the AP.

So this 25 year old who murdered nine church members who had taken him in and shared their worship service with him can't take that heat secondary to the consequences of his actions.

He claims an attitude of hatred by the general public makes his jailers feel justified in "abusing" him.

All I can say is look kid:

You are the one who pulled a gun in a house of worship and drew down on the congregation then killed 9 of them and took off only to be captured in North Carolina a short while later.

In the book of Leviticus you should have been taken out and stoned to death immediately. As far as I am personally concerned, you got off easy.

Your victims:
.
Clementa C. Pinckney (41)the church's pastor and a South Carolina state senator
Cynthia Marie Graham Hurd (54)Bible study member and manager for the Charleston County Public Library system; sister of former state senator Malcolm Graham
Susie Jackson (87)Bible study and church choir member. She was the oldest victim of the shooting
Ethel Lee Lance (70)the church's sexton
Depayne Middleton-Doctor (49)Pastor who was also employed as a school administrator and admissions coordinator at Southern Wesleyan University
Tywanza Sanders (26)Bible study member; grandnephew of victim Susie Jackson. He was the youngest victim
Daniel L. Simmons (74)Pastor who also served at Greater Zion AME Church in Awendaw
Sharonda Coleman-Singleton (45) Pastor; also a speech therapist and track coach at Goose Creek High School; mother of MLB prospect Chris Singleton
Myra Thompson (59)Bible study teacher

Just ask the families of your victims how unfairly they feel they were treated. Unscrupulous and immoral murderers do not deserve the mercy of the righteous — which they gave to you freely of their own accord in the spirit of agape ... which of course is purest Christian love; something likely missed along the way in your upbringing.

Selah.

I keep wondering in that clarity of retrospect if young Mr Roof wishes he might have thought things out a little more ... perhaps a little bit better prior to such devastating actions from which the consequences thereof his poor parents cannot save him.

I'm grateful that I never messed up this badly in my life. My parents were always able to pull me from the fire ... even if I did have to enlist.

We often don't know why we go astray. We only know that we do. Some of us more than others.
