Back before I was lead to believe in the evil nature of the Baptist Church due to a poor choice of working for the local Baptist Medical Clipjoint I participated in "RAs" ... "Royal Ambassadors" — which was a youth group within the church and I participated as a function of those requirements my parents had for spiritual training in the context of my raising.
Trinity United Church of Christ in Concord North Carolina has begun a 12 step program for racists. Supposedly aimed at so-called "unconscious" racism the program is allegedly a vehicle for addressing the racism they say we all carry via spiritual practice and discipline.
In that sum total of who we are and where we're headed I don't believe that this is a step in the right direction because those individuals most in need will shun such goings on as unnecessary.

As long as black lives are the only lives that matter and people can block interstate commerce by marching down the interstate highways like they alone own them and the local leadership both condones and prevents dissention toward this practice I say racism is not only alive and well ... but thriving.
