The international supply chain is essential to commerce. Lately we have ships crashing into bridges and cargo lost at sea by dilpidated vessels which sink before even reaching port.

So while the bridges collapse and the commodities sink into the oceans and bays along with the inept people operating inadequate infrastructure is there going to be a time when you can't get what you need even if your have sufficient funds ?
