National Hug Day 2018

Today is National Hug Day.

This is an annual observance for hugging and was created by one Kevin Zaborney on January 21, 1986 in Clio, Michigan.

It is now observed internationally so the idea has definitely caught on.

The day promotes the act of hugging in an attempt that it might happen more often.

I certainly could never fault the delivery of an impromptu hug or two as a matter of interpersonal relations.
