National Egg Day 2023

deux oeufs

I eat a fair number of eggs anymore. There was a time when I avoided them because of the shyster nutrition people spouting gloom and doom regarding cholesterol levels and such.

Nowadays, inasmuch as we all produce about an eggs worth of cholesterol anyway I go ahead and eat them.

There is nutritional value to be gleaned from each egg you eat. Of course, like anything else you can overdo it and mitigate the benefits with malnutritive consequences.

Then there was the fake research presented by the would be "ivy league educational institutions" such as Harvard who published all kinds of erroneous and improper nutrition in their fake so-called "research" for fat fees and this has sullied their stupid woke reputations in my eyes anyway. They got their 30 pieces of silver for FAKE RESEARCH papers specifying a number of blatant and as of quite a while back disproven lies — and all of you fool sheeples who think they did good work can go on thinking that erroneous train of thought as you like.

Today is National Egg Day. It happens on June 3 to celebrate the eating of avian ova as a foodstuff.

I have been known to consume both chicken eggs of many varieties as well as duck eggs. I prefer the lighter chicken egg myself. I know bakers who swear by the much richer duck egg in those products of their ovens.

Whereas the American Heart Association says you may eat one egg daily and remain within their daily cholesterol limit I say the American Heart Association, the CDC, WHO and the rest of the phony baloney woke ass so-called covid plandemic "health experts" can take a flying leap. We now know what they're all about. Domination of the world population. They don't give a rip about your health.

If they did they would immediately stop Bill Gates from poisoning the world vegetable supply and lying about it. He, like ivy league schools and government health officials think they have a population which is totally stupid in every regard.

But don't let this deter you from having eggs if you're so inclined. I eat eggs regularly. My cholesterol is normal.

Happy National Egg Day to you.
