Mary Tyler Moore's Posthumous Birthday

As is inkeeping with my personality, those to whom I become attached are not easily forgotten though they pass on to the great whatever awaits us all. I did an earlier entry upon her death and find that today is her birthday ...

So I couldn't resist revisiting her though she is gone from us forever.

Mary Tyler Moore
Mary Tyler Moore was an actress, producer, and activist for those social causes she found worthwhile. I watched her for the vast bulk of my early television experience on both The Dick Van Dyke Show and later The Mary Tyler Moore Show.

She did various forays into film as well and even was nominated for an Academy Award for Best Actress, prior to the academy turning into a bunch of feeble litard assholes out to control that which the public is entitled from actors, actresses, parts, and pictures.

Luckily the Academy has fallen out of favor with the likes of Ricky Gervais stating in no uncertain terms how stupid they are and exactly where they should get off.

Mary Tylor Moore worked for animal rights, vegetarianism and diabetes prevention on top of that thespian interest she maintained thoughout her life.

I will always remember for those parts she brought to the television keeping me occupied otherwise when I could have been out and about getting into trouble.

Mary Tyler Moore passed at the age of 80 on January 25, 2017 in Greenwich, Connecticut, from cardiopulmonary arrest complicated by pneumonia.

She was interred at Fairfield, Connecticut, during a private ceremony at Oak Lawn Cemetery.

She was a liberal, yes. However she moderated her liberal politics with a good dose of common sense, logical thinking, and polite civil comportment ... something distinctly lacking in the democrats of today who will lie, cheat, steal, and rob elected officials and voters of fair electoral process.

Rest in peace.
