International Wig Day 2026

I don't know, something about "fake hair" simply repels me. Now were I a female of the species I might likely feel otherwise.
I do know I have leveled my share of ridicule on men who wear "rugs" and such because I think they're effeminate.
Today is International Wig Day.
It is observed each March 10th under the auspices of Temashop.dk which is a costume shop in Denmark.
The day is ostensibly to raise awareness for hair loss caused by cancer treatments and diseases, while also celebrating self-expression and fun.
Despite all the hubbub I seriously doubt that there will ever be any new bold looks for me.
I'm satisfied with my beard and have gotten past the male pattern baldness long ago.
So put on your high heel sneakers and put your wig hat on your head.
