Goodbye to the Corporation for Public Broadcasting
The Corporation for Public Broadcasting is closing.
Tuesday, January 6th, the Corporation’s Board of Directors announced it voted in favor of dissolving the organization following the decision by Congress to end its federal funding.
The corporation began 1968 and funded PBS, NPR, and hundreds of radio and TV stations across the nation over the decades which all promptly devolved into a preachy woke leftist tool of manipulation and yellow journalism.
The Corporation for Public Broadcasting lost its federal funding because Congress rescinded it in a spending bill, following political pressure and White House directives of the from the Trump administration claiming NPR and PBS were biased.
The CPB board voted to dissolve the organization to protect the broader public media system from further attacks, as the loss of funds made it vulnerable and unable to fulfill its mission.
Sometimes you need to be unbiased and reasonable to gain funding. You can't depend on the crooked Joe Bidens and complacent incompetent Bushes to remain funded in these latter days called "sink or swim".
The CPB simply couldn't clean up it's act and opted to be a mouthpiece for the libtard faction of the United States and therefore is now going away. NPR remains open but now lacks a significant coffer in the form of the public dole. Shit happens.
