It is observed each July 13 in a whimsical unofficial holiday that would have you abandon the the harsh realities of daily life.
There is a movie by the same name but it has lesser consideration in my mind.
Perhaps had I taken the time to watch it, but it simply did not catch my interest.
It a time to embrace your imagination, indulge mental escapism, and take time for daydreams or hobbies that bring you joy.
The day promotes embracing bliss and dedication of the day to mental relaxation in any way you choose.
It's a day to shine light on those too-good-to-be-true promises or potential scams.
It is not a day to base happiness of false hope.
So apparently these fools display some semblance of awareness!
