First Day of Spring !
Today is the vernal equinox this year ... when the sun crosses the celestial equator traversing from south to north. This marks the beginning of Spring in the Northern Hemisphere and one of my favorite times of the year. |
For I am drawn to the milder temperatures of Spring and Autumn compared to the heat of Summer and cold of Winter. It's just one of those quirks my niece finds endearing about me.
There probably aren't many other reasons for which I could possibly be endearing.
So if you're in the Northern Hemisphere today is the start of springtime and I hope you have a wonderful season of moderate weather and the sprouting of flowers and such.
