I used to follow the British royal family fairly closely in my younger days.
I'm afraid the allure and the enamour I once experienced for them pretty has much died with Diana though I do read various quips in the threads from time to time.
Prince William and his consort, Catherine Elizabeth Middleton aka the Duchess of Cambridge have been interesting in those few times I encountered them in the media.
I always felt Kate Middleton was up to her role as a royal and unlike Prince Harry, Duke of Sussex and his wife; Mr and Mrs William Windsor are respectable in those highly public and scrutinized roles even though the leftist libtard mess invariably soaks through the various media events.
Be all of this as it may, Kate Middleton is not someone for whom I could never feel contempt.
She is polite and attempts to do the right thing and project propriety and dignity congruent with her public office — and that's all you may really ask of another human being.
Today is her birthday. She born January 9, 1982 at Reading, Berkshire, England and has been Prince William's consort since 2011.
She is a lovely young lady and this peasant wishes her well on her birthday.
