The rats of California are proliferating in a post drought expanse of filth caused by the exploding homeless population in conjunction with too many cities refusing to take charge of the situation and deal with it.

Disease ridden rats are reproducing with wild abandon and transmitting those vectors for which they have been famous from time immemorial.

Rat infestations are a function of squalor and decay such as that which is happening in the so-called 'golden state' with LA County being forced to shut down playgrounds owned by the rat population which is actively endangering the children ... instead of the human population for whom those parks exist.

The bureaucrat's as well as the leftist libtards endanger their children with inaction and nobody is taking care of business.
