Blogging for Hate Mail

This blog doesn't generate a lot of comments. It does, however get me a few hate mails periodically via my contact form by those who don't want to afford me the opportunity to respond on some specific blog entry they found personally offensive.

In actuality, this rather gives me pause in the big scheme of things because a person afraid to pursue another within that medium they find 'offensive' is a coward.

Thusly, I read the emails then discard them as a rule because were the person serious they would have leveled their attack on the blog itself instead of a cyber 'arbiter' medium as it were.
 

Some would view this as a form of harassment ... but can you really be harrassed from another when they can't even pursue you on the specific venue from which they take issue ? I view it all rather like some misbegotten game show.

The comments though not positive, roll off my back like water from a duck. You have to get up pretty early in the morning to beat me in the department of abusive, foul, and hurtful language as well.

So I sit and indulge those emails once then set them free in the ether of the bit bucket seeing how they can't be recorded for posterity in the blog proper.

Such is life. Such are cowards. Boo !
