A Personal Medical Miracle

I'm not one to tout medical miracles and indeed I have a lot of contempt for the medical profession given my experiences at the local richland county hospital and their incompetent oafs, particularly female DO's who need to stay away from people's loved ones instead of being allowed to kill them along with the criminal richland county EMS who hijacks patients and sends them to a gd hospital staffed primarily with students and then lie to the patient's family regarding the circumstances, lie to the coroner, falsely accuse the family of abusing the patient, and generally are untruthful blebs on society at large which should be terminated with extreme prejudice.
This brings me to the vast correction of a mistake I made back when my doctor was preoccupied with getting fired from every practice he joined and I had an itch that I self-medicated with OTC hydrocortisone 1% cream.
I was unaware that overuse of this type product would cause thinning of the skin and ended up with fingers which have vastly diminished ridges and splitting of the skin upon them became excruciating and problematic.
I suffered this with a frequent regularity for years prior to going off on a tangent and self medicating myself with an OTC collagen supplements in the hopes that it "might" help.
Well, not only did it help — it cured my problem with splitting skin on my fingers. Where as I once was plagued by splitting on any of the fingers I happened to be using, particularly my thumbs the problem disappeared after about 2 weeks of supplementation with oral collagen.

Anyway, if you have similar issues because your doctor was unavailable for protracted periods of time and end up with splitting skin secondary to thinning as the result of steriod application you may wish to invest in a little collegen and take it daily ... perhaps with your morning coffee as I do.
